Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Economy shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Free shipping on orders over $20. Orders under $20 ship for a flat rate starting at $4.90.
- Faster Standard shipping is available at checkout from $6.90.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Address Issues and Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will help investigate.
